Assistant Restaurant Manager
We are a new Modern American restaurant located at one of Portland's best golf courses.

We are searching for a strong Assistant Manager with experience in the restaurant/bar/hospitality industry to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role! We are seeking someone with strong dedication to our high standards in order to achieve excellent results. We have a focus on quality, fresh food, outstanding service and creating relationships with our customers that make a positive impression. As an Assistant Manager you will work directly with the the General Manager and owners to participate in managing a growing business. You will oversee staff and guest service, hire/recruit and manage foh staff, participate in the financial management of the restaurant, and be integral to our success. You will help plan and run events in the restaurant and in the community.

This position requires a Manager with talent for leading others by example and providing exceptional service to your guests, and importantly someone who can grow with us as we continue to grow and expand in the future. This position REQUIRES someone who has had at least 1 year of full service restaurant/bar management experience level or equivalent. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Full Service Restaurant Management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
