- Starting salary range: $88,000 – $110,000/year
- Collaborate with DEI Team to extract data figures, create reports based on their findings, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine business initiatives’ success.
- Continuously access and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, address partner concerns, make trade-offs, and balance the business needs as they develop and implement DEI solutions.
- Gather information through research and interviews with subject-matter experts for complex and high-impact organization projects and new-training initiatives.
- Identify audiences, conduct needs analyses, define learning objectives, and assist in the development of instructional support material.
- Use DEI knowledge to intuit, design, develop, and deliver strong effective training solutions that support the organization’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Conduct DEI webinars, workshops, presentations, education, and practice-based training in person and virtually, to a hybrid audience, or through material distribution for complex, high-impact organizational projects and new training initiatives to close knowledge gaps and improve staff performance for employees at all levels.
- Serve as a mentor for DEI content and training by helping to onboard new team members, reviewing training plans and materials, serving as an information resource for organizational process and procedures, serving as in-class support as needed, and providing coaching on training delivery and strategies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Adult Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- 6 years of progressively responsible experience training all levels of staff.
- 4 years of experience in a diversity and inclusion role.
- Experience developing learning curriculum and utilizing multiple, state-of-the-art delivery methods and distance learning options.
- Experience in healthcare, racial-social justice, or health insurance is preferred.
- Expert knowledge of DEI best practices.
- Ability to motivate, influence, optimize executives, and staff through storytelling skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Impeccable execution and project management skills.
- Advanced MS Office Skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop presentations (via MS PowerPoint) that communicate complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Ability to articulate vision and direction, communicate effectively, manage and measure performance and accountability.
- Proven ability to effectively network with diverse affiliations and organizations.
- Ability to analyze and utilize metrics (dashboards) to recommend, implement solutions, and track outcomes.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various sites, sometimes outside of core business hours, for meetings and other networking functions
This full-time position will work in a hybrid environment with travel when needed to one of our offices located in Madison, WI, Onalaska, WI, or Sauk City, WI. Hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.
