Quatro Consulting Group is offering an Accountant position to support a rapidly growing Real Estate and Construction organization. Applies generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) to analyze financial information, reconcile financial statements, prepare standard journal entries, and cash management. Prepare standard accounting and financial reports for management and ownership of our portfolio.

Responsibilities Include
· Perform month end close and analysis
· Reconcile bank statements
· Prepare regulatory and compliance reporting
· Project Accounting
· Maintain, run, and update journal entries
· Processing accounts payable and reviewing accounts receivable
· Accrue and reclass costs as needed
· Work with Property Management to prepare annual budgets and cash flow forecasts
· Support an expanding portfolio of projects through preparation of financial models, property acquisition transactions, bank financing, and investor management
· Review tenants CAM estimate and reconciliation annually
Preferred Qualifications
· Degree in Accounting/Finance
· Three (3) years relevant experience
· Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks
· Excellent analytical skills and high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
· High energy, self-motivated individual with entrepreneurial spirit
· Effective communication and team player
· Property Management, Real Estate, and/or Construction experience a plus
STATUS: Full-time
LOCATION: Onsite (currently in Webster, mobile office depending on vacancies of real estate. We haven’t moved from Webster in over a year.)
SCHEDULE: Weekdays
COMPENSATION: Pay is commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour
