What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Quechua Benefit?
- Showing visitors how to feed the Alpaca's.
- Showing and upkeep of Farm store with inventory on hand and requesting what is needed.
- IF you have experience with Facebook and other media a Plus
- We have events during the summer and will need help with them a big one is in Aug.
- Answers inquiries and obtains information from general public, customers, visitors, and employees.
- Provides information regarding the location, offices and employees in the organization.
- Assists the Office Manager, when necessary, with administrative duties.
- Operating the telephone to answer, screen and, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments when necessary.
- Positive and professional.
- Greeting persons entering establishment, determines nature of visit and directs and/or escorts the visitor to specific destinations.
- Filing and maintaining records.
- Performing administrative duties such as, proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets and other documents.
