Product Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Elaborate requirements into Features and User Stories, including strong acceptance criteria and requirement traceability
• Own, manage, and provide updates on the overall Project Backlog
• Triage incoming user-reported problems, quickly determine if the expected behavior is not met, and define severity and priority
• Support projects that require use of the tools and applications as required

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Automation / Mechatronic / Mechanical)
• Excellent communicator with users, development team, and leadership.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Effective problem identification and solution skills.
• Ability to coordinate several projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Excellent project / initiative management skills.
• Strong data analytics and presentation skills

Desired Skills:

• Reliance, WIM, Salesforce, PLM, Oracle, or PowerBi experience.
• Basic understanding of coding.
• Able to work under minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.
• Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
• Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
• Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
• Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $74,444.90 - $170,300.97 per year
