Roles & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate for the Team Lead position will own and balance customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and Quest Global business needs for a team of individuals. Additional responsibilities include ensuring that the team develops and executes to commitments. This role requires a mix of leadership and project responsibilities.- Develop, mentor, and supervise a team (6-12) of mixed skill levels
- Setting and monitoring metrics quarterly, employee career progression, including annual performance reviews
- Work with discipline Technical Leads assuring technical tools and skills of team and quality of deliverables.
- Drive improvements in all related processes, including those related to products, equipment, and product quality for customers
- You will build positive relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- 2 years of exposure with leading, mentoring, coaching, supervising plus experience in a technical or business field interacting with customers
- BS/AS in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel, required
- Strong business acumen, including managing financials, assessing risks, and being flexible to adapt to inevitable project changes
- US Citizen required due to the nature of the work
Desired Skills:
- Experience with project management preferred, Quest Global Project Owner experience a PLUS
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and a high proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Robust and refined organizational and time management skills to ensure project success across multiple customers and Statements of Work
