Our client is a national property management firm specializing in established residential communities. They seek an experienced, results-oriented Community Property Manager for my client, a residential community in Marseilles, IL.
In this role, you must demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving skills, the ability to efficiently multi-task, and most importantly, the capability and initiative to really demand and drive results.
The Property Manager will receive free housing and free utilities AS well as bonuses on home sales!
Requirements:
- Experience of related experience in property management and the ability to increase revenue growth and solid retention percentages.
- Strong communications and interpersonal attributes.
- Exude keen knowledge of financial, marketing, sales, communication and customer service
- Ability to incorporate proactive collection strategies to reduce delinquency issues.
- Must be energetic and possess a 'can do attitude'.
- Customer service, sales, and results driven.
- Adept in interacting effectively with residents on all levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently
- Previous experience in managing a productive team
- Excellent organizational skills to provide efficient and timely follow up to deadlines
- A strong financial background with experience with budget preparation
- Good computer skills are a must
- General HR knowledge with regard to disciplinary action, coaching and counseling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
