Come grow with us! Questeq is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our expanding Talent Acquisition Team. Are you technically savvy and have a working knowledge and understanding of IT roles? Essential Functions:
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Efficiently and effectively fill open technical positions, including entry level technicians, Network/System Engineers, and Application Analysts.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
- Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and prescreen candidates while moving the interview process forward.
- Organize and facilitate interview follow-ups.
- Offer approval and negotiation.
- Proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision making as concise as possible.
- Manage candidates in process and provide them with a positive experience.
- Partner with the Human Resources and Operations Team to ensure a smooth candidate transition.
- Create and own a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
- Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Assist Marketing and Sales in establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
- Attending career fairs for recruiting and company branding.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of technical recruiting experience required with skill in assessing technical talent.
- Practical experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Applications.
- Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent.
- Proven track record for assessing talent beyond matching key words on a resume.
- Experience in building and managing a diverse pipeline.
- Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, connecting that candidate with the right opportunity.
- Ability to effectively communicate with people of all levels.
- Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills.
- Must thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment.
Required Education and Experience:
- College degree preferred; high school diploma/GED and equivalent work experience required
Salary : $57,000 - $67,000
