QUI Tequila Events Coordinator
Location: Dallas, Texas
Job Description:
The Events Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our in-store tastings. This position involves identifying and hiring talented ambassadors, scheduling tastings at key retail locations, and maintaining strong communication with our ambassadors and stores. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and passionate about promoting QUI Tequila.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and hire ambassadors for key stores.
2. Schedule tastings at retailers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
3. Manage daily communication with ambassadors, providing support and guidance.
4. Handling event logistics.
5. Monitor ambassador performance and manage those who are not meeting expectations.
6. Confirm that stores are stocking sufficient quantities of product for events.
Qualifications:
• Experience in event coordination, particularly in the beverage or luxury goods industry.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Passion for premium tequila and the spirits industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be based in Dallas, Texas or willing to relocate, and willing to meet in person 2 to 3 days a week.
