Successful and well-established commercial printing company located in Midland, Michigan is seeking an experienced, motivated, creative, and assertive commercial printing sales representative to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting, establishing, and maintaining value-based relationships with prospects and assigned customers.
  • Proactively identify new customers and project opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Leverage company resources as the opportunity necessitates.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the organization to communicate job specifications and ensure a positive customer outcome.
  • Gain a clear understanding of the customer, their business, and their marketing goals.
  • Maintain regular contact with assigned customers to answer questions and align appropriate print marketing options with their needs.
  • High sales aptitude, self-motivation, and drive to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
  • Cold call on prospects to increase market penetration.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in outside B2B sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer-literate, ability to use Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Printing and graphic arts experience preferred, but not required.
  • Positive attitude and passion to develop business rapport.
  • Excellent follow-up skills, the ability to close the sale.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient using CRM software.
