This Marketing Manager will help to conceive, build and execute marketing plans for existing, and new product lines along with our new product lines, while managing our social, digital and hard-copy marketing strategies. This professional will also work directly with the Sales, Product Development, IT, and Operations departments to identify and coordinate key initiatives and align goals.
The ideal candidate for this role is a high morale, self-starter who will help to design this newly developed role along with build the Marketing department for our company. Project management from start to finish is crucial to success. Proactive and inquisitive mind is essential.

Responsibilities
- Managing social media tools to conceive and execute impactful content across multiple channels - including social media, email blasts, web sites, blog posts, press releases, print, display advertising, etc.
- Demonstrate proficiency in project management. Drive timelines, compliance, scoping, and delivery of marketing initiatives
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of market trends relative to marketing and advertising to our industries and customer base
- Provide input to develop marketing budget, track invoice marketing expenses
- Regularly review, measure, and report out key marketing metrics and returns based on marketing plans/initiatives
- Ensure marketing and advertising campaigns are consistent with business unit brand strategy
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
- Seek, manager and maintain relationships for various vendors and contract operations
- Work directly with sales team in production and timely delivery of any needed material for wholesale, retail, and online conversions
- Collaborate with internal team to develop engaging and compelling creative ideas, concepts and copy to achieve goals and reinforce our brands’ tone and voice
- Handle multiple campaigns and deadlines—must be detail oriented and highly organized
- Special projects and other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent – degree in Marketing/Business a plus
- At least two years or more of solid experience in Marketing
- Experience in managing employees is a plus
- Excellent project management, analytical, organizational and research skills with a demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish
- Proven experience in managing social media tools and technologies
- Strong proficiency in multi-tasking, managing time constraints, and meeting deadlines
- An independent self-starter mentality, balancing team capabilities and collaboration
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Knowledge and understanding of technology, web and latest digital marketing trends
- An openness to new ideas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as keen attention to detail
- Project an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to travel independently

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
