What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Inspector (Contract) position at Quik-trak?

Quiktrak, Inc. is the industry leader in field inspections for banks and finance companies throughout the United States and Canada. Utilizing the latest technology, Quiktrak provides the industry's most reliable and trusted field inspection services. We contract with independent contractors to perform inventory audits, verifications, and field inspections on an as-needed basis.
We are currently looking for field inspectors to conduct audits/inspections primarily at commercial business locations. This is contract work only; job volume is not guaranteed. Inspections and audits generally take between thirty minutes to a few hours to complete.
Contracts start at $25, with potential to earn more depending on your availability to schedule and accept contracts. As an Independent Contractor with Quiktrak, you can perform multiple contracts in a day.
Contract Requirements Include:
- Contacting businesses and scheduling inspections within given time frame.
- Traveling varying distances to conduct inspections.
- Utilizing Revoquest software to complete reports.
- Identifying equipment, locating serial numbers and documenting damage.
- Photographing equipment, the business, and serial numbers.
- Interviewing the business contact individual following the inspection.
- Submitting completed reports within given time frame.
Contractor Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be comfortable using computers and mobile applications on a smartphone or tablet.
- Must obtain, or be willing to obtain, an Android / iOS based smartphone or tablet.
- Have a flexible schedule during weekday business hours.
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Have professional business appearance, demeanor, and good communication skills.
- Willing to take online certifications to become familiarized with our client expectations.
