The Planning Clerk will be an integral part of our Planning Department, assisting in the coordination and scheduling of planning activities, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our processes. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

What you’ll do:
- Coordinate and schedule planning activities based on the priority.
- Review and file planning documents and provide necessary reports.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, database, and reports.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth execution of planning activities.
- Assist in the preparation of operational plans and schedules.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to planning processes.
- Participate in planning meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
- Accurately inputting information such as BOM, Routing, and Production order into the ERP system.
- Coordinating the distribution of production orders based on schedules, tracking progress, and reporting to planners as necessary.
- Monitoring the status of materials and fulfilling material requisitions as requested by planners.
- Ensure quantity and accuracy of parts in issued kits received from the warehouse.
- Working in compliance with QuinStar Quality Management System requirements.
- Carrying out other duties as needed.

Qualifications/Required Skills:
- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stay in stationary position for extended length of time.
- Remove or replace up to 20 pounds.
- Occasional ascending/descending of Ladders.
- Positioning, arranging, or moving items up to certain heights or at ground level.

Pay: $16.43 - $19.72 per hour
