We are looking for a Sr Manager, Client Implementations to help lead us through our next phase of growth by building and maintaining scalable processes and workflows, providing reporting and analytics, and managing a team of implementation managers. You will partner with Operations leadership to develop and drive key strategic and operational initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of healthcare Saas implementation, partnered with a knack for driving data-based decisions to accelerate implementation processes for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of implementation managers (career progression, skill development, performance, etc.) and be a point of escalation/support for their clients.
  • Manage and assign incoming projects to resources based on capacity and client experience.
  • Built out design of our healthplan implementation process with cross team collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations
  • Lead the implementations for our Healthplan and partnership clients in a player-coach role.
  • Create and streamline implementation processes to deliver an experience that sets our clients up for success.
  • Report weekly to management on at risk projects with next steps to reduce risk to client launch.
  • Accurately forecast incoming and outgoing project work for capacity planning.
  • Centralize and maintain resources for implementations that are available across all internal departments to ensure content is accessible and remains current
  • Establish dashboards, views and reports that allow insight into the teams’ performance and impact against our goals.


The background we are looking for:
  • Minimum 4 years managing a SaaS team in a healthcare startup environment (customer success, implementation, operations, or sales)
  • Minimum 4 years of customer facing experience in an implementation, customer success, project management or customer support role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Experience with Notion, Looker, Inspire, Salesforce, and Google Drive a plus.
  • Data-driven and analytical; able to use data to measure the impact of solutions on the business.
  • The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be a strong communicator, well organized and analytical with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience in developing requirements documentation or documentation for ‘how to’.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and accountable work ethic; succeed in team-focused and collaborative environments.
  • Ownership mentality: The desire to take ownership of challenges or problems and solve them autonomously.
  • Results-oriented: A consistent high performer with a proven track record of relentlessly overachieving on goals.
  • Agility and Prioritization: The ability to ruthlessly prioritize in order to execute key projects within set timelines composed of multiple competing demands.
