Position Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the position is to provide superior customer service while cross-selling various banking products and services to potential and existing customers. Additional responsibilities include basic teller functions as well as the opening of new deposits accounts.
The position requires flexibility between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm Monday through Friday and Saturday from 9:00am to Noon.
Major Position Functions:
1.Perform all deposit transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
2.Recognize cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
3.Meet sales and cross-sell goals as established by the Bank.
4.Create and maintain customer relations.
5.Respond to in-person and telephone inquiries.
6.Provide referrals to other areas of the Bank. (Mortgage, Business Banking, Insurance/Investments, etc.)
7.Ability to cross sale
