Responsibilities:
- Perform technical accounting functions, including account reconciliation and report preparation and analysis.
- Conduct research on plan issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Support and assist clients with data importing. Reconcile information uploaded with client bank transfers.
- Collaborate with 401(k) team for reconciliation of annual (cash balance) plans.
- Assist with external auditors for annual audits.
- Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting or bookkeeping principles and practices
- Proficiency in cash management techniques and procedures
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- General understanding of investment principles
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Experience with bookeeping is a plus
