Job Description:
- Help manage day-to-day operations of all creative and design efforts for a variety of projects by producing industry leading experiences to be used in mobile, web or social
- Lead communication of creative briefings, status updates and potential risks to the project team
- Ability to assess and resource projects following a creative briefing
- Determine project milestones and build schedules to meet deadlines
- Communicate expectations internally and externally regarding schedules
- Perform preliminary quality assurance testing prior to handoff for client approval or production
- Assign and/or resolve post-handoff QA-issues
- Ensure that creative is delivered on-time and meets expectations
- Support in the production of campaigns; i.e. processing store lists, creative adjustments (create mock-ups)
- Initiate and analyze post-campaign assessments to improve creative performances and setups (post-mortem)
- Challenge the team to deliver their best work by evaluating methodology and making recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Media Planning, Account/Campaign or Project Management & Coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Basic understanding of Photoshop, file types, fonts, and resolution
- Professional digital design experience that encompasses visual design, web UX/UI design, e-commerce applications, or responsive web design is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects tools is a plus
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Experience in OMS platforms and ticketing systems is a plus
- Understanding of creative studio processes
- Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders to regularly deliver design solutions for approval
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
- Research and showcase knowledge in the industries latest trends and technologies
- Strong leadership and people management skills
