Our Opportunity
As a Procurement Systems Analyst you will be responsible for the management of the day to day maintenance of the systems and tools that are utilized by QVC’s Global Procurement Team across several markets. As a Coupa subject matter expert you will have full understanding of the Coupa Platform’s functionality and capabilities, and create system documentation, training programs and documentation and related job aids or manuals.

Your Impact
Coordinate and execute system wide changes to Coupa platform;
Troubleshoot Level One/Level Two issues; create, maintain and escalate; internal (ResQ) and external (Coupa Success Portal) support tickets
Works cohesively with Accounting, AP, IT Apps Dev and various departments across all markets
Build and maintain relationships with key business partners across QVC Work with AP and Masterfile teams to deliver continuous improvements
Execution of SOX Controls owned by Manager of Strategic Sourcing and Analytics and Procurement Leadership
Document and maintain records to meet the high standards of internal controls
Creation and maintenance of system documentation, training programs, job aids or manuals. Lead and support Coupa training sessions
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1-2 years of work experience or comparable education in procurement/strategic sourcing.
Experience with any of the following systems strongly recommended: SAP and Coupa.
Excellent Customer Support Skills
Proficient with PC, including Office Suite. Advanced Excel user preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
