Mill Operator

We are looking for a Mill Operator to join our team! This position will work from 4:45 am to 1:00 pm. We offer a $1000 sign-on bonus (payable quarterly).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operates milling equipment.
• Monitors the mixing process to ensure the optimal process is maintained to produce the highest quality part and mixing expectations are met.
• Monitors assigned areas for any safety issues that may arise.
• Reports any barriers that may jeopardize Safety, Quality, and/or Production.
• Troubleshoots milling and mixing issues as necessary to meet expectations.
• Exhibits good housekeeping at all times.
• This list is not all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Must maintain current forklift license.

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

The employee will come frequently in contact with various types of machine oils, lubricants, silicone, and latex.
