Role Description:

  • Create an outstanding employee experience from interview to onboarding and beyond
  • Prioritize a diverse and inclusive company culture through recruiting, training, policies and conversations
  • Drive a culture of feedback and learning by implementing trainings and facilitating 360  sessions
  • Partner with team leaders to determine team size and structure, skills, org design, talent gaps, and hiring goals to achieve business goals
  • Manage and continue to build our People Operations team
  • Develop and roll out a compensation and leveling structure 
  • Ensure the company is in compliance with all local and national labor laws for all employees
  • Vet, implement, and manage recruiting and HR platforms

Qualifications: 

  • 5-7 years of experience in a Senior HR leadership role
  • Experience working for a startup company highly preferred
  • Passionate about putting our people and culture at the center of the company's strategy
  • Embraces collaboration and team engagement while leading by example and portraying a servant leadership management style
  • Experience managing the recruitment process and efforts
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience with proof of HR related qualifications
  • Phoenix-based or willing to relocate
