Job Posting for Outsourcing Coordinator at R-Dent Dental Laboratory
R-dent Dental Laboratory is a full-service Dental Laboratory. Family owned since 1978, we manufacture dental prosthesis such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, retainers and more by using the latest in dental manufacturing technology.
The Outsourcing Coordinator is a part of the Customer Service & Shipping/Receiving teams and outsources cases for the lab. This position reports to the Office Manager.
Shift: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
Starting pay: $14/hr (negotiable depending on skill and experience level)
Responsibilities & Duties:
The Outsourcing Coordinator's primary duties include but are not limited to:
- Enters data for dental prostheses (e.g. bridges, crowns, dentures) into the electronic dental laboratory database, such as patient information, prescriptions, and due date.
- Packages and ships dental prostheses for outsourcing purposes in timely manner.
- Receives, unpacks, and routes outsourced materials/prostheses to appropriate department in timely manner.
- Provides administrative support and customer service as necessary.
- Follows company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines.

- Uses multiple types of software, including Microsoft Office applications and Magic Touch dental laboratory software.
Skills:
- Proven history of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn to read prescriptions & retain dental terminology.
- Ability to self-manage and work efficiently with low supervision.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from high school
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Dental experience is a plus
- Billing experience is a plus
- Ability to lift 50lbs
