Responsibilities:
- Fulfill customer orders by accurately selecting and packaging parts
- Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and restocking as needed
- Organize and maintain the parts department to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their parts inquiries and orders
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and sales tax for customer transactions
- Use Excel or other software to track inventory, sales, and other relevant data
Experience:
- Previous experience in a parts department or similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in basic math calculations for inventory management and sales transactions
- Familiarity with dealership operations a plus
