R L Carriers is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Check in Clerk to work in our Alexandria, IN Service Center office. Responsibilities will include answering calls on a multi-line system, redirecting calls to appropriate contacts, data entry, processing driver paperwork, and assisting dispatchers. Other duties may apply as requested by management.
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
- Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
- Dependable and well organized
- Must be computer literate
- Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
