We are hiring Dispatchers to help keep our business running smoothly and help our management team make informed decisions. The ideal candidate has a strong hold over numbers, an intuitive understanding of the road, and is able to make quick, decisive decisions under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring traffic patterns and keeping our drivers informed of changing conditions through radio communication. In addition to their regular duties, Dispatchers will be required to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and requests.
- Be able to speak to a variety of people.
- Answer questions and resolve problems.
- Handle unexpected issues, including medical emergencies and complaints.
- Direct customers to the proper authorities.
- Manage the flow of people, animals, and property through an office or facility.
- Be able to respond to emergency medical calls.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
