Job Title: District Manager Opportunities Available In CT and MA

Location: Opportunities Available In MA and CT

Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: Salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses based on overall store performance.

First Year Estimated Earnings: $70 - $85k (salary, commission and bonuses)

New hires that are fully vaccinated upon date of hire and show proof of Covid vaccine will earn a $100 bonus the following month of employment and a $500 sign-on bonus after completing 180 days.

Travel Requirement: 75% within your district with extremely limited overnight stay required. Laptop, phone, vehicle, and gas card provided, with all travel expenses 100% reimbursable.

• Have prior multi-store management experience.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a working knowledge of inventory, payroll, HR related issues and cash management.
• Be entrepreneurial in their business approach, with a business owner mentality.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not necessary.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Provide us with your favorite charity so that R Wireless can make a donation in your name if selected for the position.
