Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Job Summary
The Salesforce Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce's suite of products and demonstrate the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions. This role requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, and other IT professionals to deliver a robust and scalable Salesforce architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Lead the design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical standards.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain the Salesforce roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the overall business strategy and technology landscape.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Integration Management: Design and oversee integration between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that Salesforce implementations comply with security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Solution Development: Oversee the development of custom applications and enhancements on the Salesforce platform, using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, including architectural diagrams, data models, and integration specifications.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to existing solutions.
Qualification,
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or other relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security, and integration patterns.
- Experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
- Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
