What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Manager position at Rabbit Rentals?
We are looking for a Site Manager for our Van Rental operation at the St. George, Utah airport. We have been in business for five years. We specialize in vans, big vans, beautiful vans, nearly new vans, only vans. See our website for additional information (www.RabbitRentalsUT.com) and our Google Review Site to see our reviews (Rabbit Rentals). We are now expanding to the St. George market with our base of operations at the airport.
The Site Manager will have overall responsibility for the operation of our van rental business at the St. George Airport location. He or she will hire one Assistance so that at least one person will be available at any given time. We have gone to all no-contact, self-service rentals. We will handle all of the reservations and rentals including all back-office operations from our main office in Pleasant Grove, Utah. None of our employees have any direct, face-to-face contact with our customers. The Site Manager will supervise the Assistant. The Site Manager's main responsibility will be to ensure that all vans are clean and ready to rent at all times. Vans should be thoroughly cleaned, gassed up and staged for the next rental as soon as they are returned from the previous rental. The Site Manager will receive a copy of each Rental Agreement a day or two before the start of each rental by email, which he or she will print out and place on the front passenger seat of the van to be rented in advance of the rental. Specific on-site training will be conducted with the Site Manager as soon as he or she is identified.
Additional duties include overseeing and coordinating the repair and maintenance of vans as required.
Hours are flexible but vans should be cleaned, gassed up, prepped and staged for the next rental soon after they return from the previous rental.
