Summary:
The Field Brand Ambassador team plays a key role in representing the brand positively at retail, at events and throughout the communities we serve. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our brand ambassador team. The Field marketing lead will help support the Marketing and Sales teams to increase brand visibility, activation, and engagement, strengthening our relationships with our customers through relationship building.
What You’ll Do:
Manage Territory - You will directly manage all aspects of your territory. Visiting communities throughout your territory on a weekly basis. Prospecting for new business opportunities and marketing initiatives.
- Develop strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, venues, and vendors.
- Managing and training a pool of brand ambassadors that you'll assign to events and ensuring all brand ambassadors complete reports to capture relevant market information.
- Attending events to oversee team.
- Establish processes, policies and procedures for brand ambassadors.
- Reporting - Completing a weekly market report to measure, analyze and adjust the impact of ongoing initiatives and identify their effectiveness and impact.
- Conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- Marketing logistics - flyers, promotional material, setup (table, covers, tent, etc).
What You’ll Bring:
- 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales or promotions.

- Must be capable of lifting to 50 lbs., with or without assistance
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for the duration of shift
