Race Winning Brands (RWB) is an accumulation of independent businesses, each with market leading brand recognition that sells primarily pistons, and other engine related components into the Automotive and Powersports markets (high-performance racing, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, etc.). The companies are market leaders in manufacturing highly engineered engine components on their respected fields. Our product lines include Rekluse clutch, JE Pistons, Wiseco Pistons and more.
Victory 1 Performance, a Race Winning Brands Company, has an immediate opening for and Office Manager in the Mooresville, NC location. This is a full-time position working a minimum of 40 hours per week Mon - Friday 8am to 5pm.
Position Summary:
The Office Manager will work alongside the President and become an important part of a fast-growing team. This person will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, help keep long term projects on track, and handle more urgent requirements. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage professional scheduling for President, including agendas, mail, email, calls, client management, and other company logistics
- Manage, coordinate, and arrange travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the President’s behalf
- Answer telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff
- Welcome visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
- Invoice all orders to customers in a timely fashion in line with terms granted
- Perform minor accounting duties and working with central accounting group to resolve issues as needed
- Monitor and restock office supplies, stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required
- Organize maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
- Improve office operations at local facility and procedure and report progress to senior leadership/corporate headquarters
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
- Assist Human Resources with administrative tasks, gathering documents, scanning, some data entry
- Other duties as assigned

Education/License Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution required
Associates Degree preferred
Desired Background and Experience:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
Human Resources experience a plus
