RaceTrac Company Overview Job Description: The Quality Assurance Analyst – Supply Chain is responsible for leading the testing and validating of Supply Chain and Warehouse Management systems and software to ensure business requirements are met. This individual works closely with developers, business analysts, and warehouse staff to best plan and execute system testing. Responsibilities: Understand business user stories and requirements to provide testing of defined acceptance criteria Create and maintain manual and automated test scripts for warehouse management platform functionality mapping the tests to requirements, ensuring coverage meets or exceeds defined targets Analyze test results and identify defects and work with Business Analyst and Developers to remediate them Coordinate with Process Teams, SMEs, and End Users for User Acceptance and Integration testing Participate in Agile scrums, sprint planning, and effort recording Collaborate with warehouse management staff to replicate business processes and practices in system testing Provide occasional application support Qualifications: 3 years’ experience in software testing, development, and/or application support Intermediate SQL code and query knowledge and understanding of relational databases Experience creating test cases and executing test cases for both functional and integration testing Excellent communication skills, work ethic, and the ability to work well individually as well as in a team environment Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred Previous experience with warehouse management systems preferred
