SITE SUPERINTENDENT MISSION:
The Site Superintendent is the key to fulfilling the promises we make to our customers. The company’s brand and financial performance relies on the proper execution of the responsibilities of this role. The Site Superintendent oversees all aspects of the construction process, works closely with the project manager, establish timetables, and manages resources to achieve a successful project. The Site Superintendent is responsible for ensuring the project is completed safely and within scope and schedule requirements.
DELIVERABLES:
Scope and schedule met as stipulated in contracts on 100% of projects.
Manage each job’s project schedule as per the construction contract, throughout the Construction Phase – Project Execution, Monitoring, and Closing.
Assist in the planning of projects and manage resources to ensure the accuracy of the Project Plan (i.e. Budget, Communication Plan, resource allocation, procurement, work scope, schedule, work breakdown structure, key Project Meetings, resource levelling, and organization structure).
Ensure projects are completed on budget and on schedule by updating Gantt Charts every two weeks, managing Material Take-Off (MTO) and procurement, logging all Change Orders and Requests for Input (RFI) according to the Communication Plan.
Hold Weekly Team Huddles with Field Staff to set and discuss weekly goals and ensure all contractual obligations related to schedule and budget are met by Subcontractors.
Maintain project budget by indexing all invoices and receipts according to relevant Cost Codes and meeting with the Project Manager.
Perform Site Inspections according to the Project Schedule, ensuring all construction activities follow Issued for Construction (IFC) Drawings and get final sign off by all project stakeholders.
Change Orders and Requests for Input (RFI) according to the Communication Plan.

2. Maintain an average 8/10 experience rating through leading the customer’s experience and ensuring they are exceptionally satisfied.
Communicate with all customers as necessary to understand any questions they may have, ensuring they are aware of items listed in the Client Expectation Guideline and have approved all project scheduling, Change Orders, project budget, MTO, and/or drawings.
Ensure Client Meetings take place on schedule during the Execution, Monitoring, and Closing Phases of construction and are formatted as per company guidelines.
Oversee any customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner. All complaints must be reported to the Project Manager within 24 hours along with suggested method of resolution.
Ensure all Radelli Construction employees and subcontractors are communicating with customers in a professional and polite manner.
Ensure all final Punch List items are complete prior to final client sign-off.
Pursue an efficient and timely project closure to ensure customer referrals and positive reviews in the community.
Daily updates completed to 100% for all required administrative tracking systems as requested by the Project Management Office.
Attend a weekly GSR with the Project Manager.
Maintain and update accurate data for yourself and your assigned crew daily as well as complete a weekly review of employee timecards.
Maintain accurate scheduling and update CRM data to produce weekly Project Progress Reports and Communication Plans to be sent to all project stakeholders.
Manage all Change Orders and RFI during the Execution, Monitoring, and Closing Phases of construction.
Update all Cost Codes bi-weekly.

SKILL SET & EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
Minimum 1 years experience managing Pool Construction and outdoor living projects.
Knowledge of construction management CRM systems (BuilderTrend preferred).

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
