Radial, the leader in omnichannel commerce technologies and operations has an exciting opening for a Total Rewards Analyst. Radial’s omnichannel solutions use cutting-edge technology and analytics to optimize the e-commerce end to end processes reducing costs for our customer while enhancing the consumer experience.
Role Summary:
The Total Rewards Analyst position supports the implementation, administration, communication and compliance of company-wide benefit programs, including welfare, life insurance, compensation and retirement plans. Qualified candidates must be detail oriented and possess strong customer service and problem-solving skills. The Total Rewards Analyst must be able to work independently as well as within a team and/or cross-functionally and thrive in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will also demonstrate critical thinking skills and an understanding of end-to-end processes.
Responsibilities:
- Understand, interpret, and effectively communicate benefit plan provisions, policies, programs, processes and practices. Act as the escalation point for Key Business Partners on complex issues (e.g., HR, finance, payroll, etc.).
- Manage the funding and reconciliation processes for total rewards programs and provide regular reporting to finance and payroll. Resolve any issues with carrier and vendor contacts.
- Assist with compliance of all total rewards plans and programs, maintaining data integrity and systems integrations. Identify and recommend opportunities for improvements to existing systems and processes, to drive efficiencies and support business growth.
- Assist in the coordination, preparation, and implementation of annual cycle projects, such as benefits open enrollment, regulatory compliance activities, peak wages and annual incentive plans.
- Manage survey submissions in coordination with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3 years’ experience in benefits, compensation, Human Resources, or other related function
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative approach and ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Possess the ability to use discretion when handling confidential matters
- Proficient with Microsoft office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience with Workday, benefits administration and/or payroll systems preferred.
Travel:
- This position is not remote.
- Hybrid Schedule 3 days in the office
- Travel required 10%
