Position: Sr. Software Engineer
SOC: (15-1252 - Software Developers)
Location: Wayne, PA
Description of work to be performed:
Responsible for delivering high-quality, standardized, secure, and performant code. Develop features and improvements to the Radian products. Work with Product Management and other stakeholders to iterate on new features. Write code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review. Learn, collaborate, and teach other Software Engineers. Identify areas of improvements in the code base. Utilize Angular, React, ASP.NET and/or Professional experience with Java, C# or nodeJS. Utilize DevOps, git and CI/CD, HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript. Position eligible to WFH 100% of the time.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science, Information systems, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field and 8 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's degree related experience. The position also requires experience with all of the following: 8 years of experience with Angular, React, ASP.NET and/or Professional experience with Java, C# or nodeJS, 8 years of experience with web application development, 1 year of experience in understanding of DevOps processes and you appreciate the value technologies like Serverless and Kubernetes bring to the software deployment and development process, 1 year of experience with git and CI/CD, 8 years of experience in understanding in core web and browser concepts, 8 years of experience in understanding of HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript concepts, 8 years of experience in understanding relational data and/or non-relational models, 8 years of experience in performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problem, 8 years of experience with demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions. 40 hrs/wk, 8:00am-5:00pm, M-F, $150,365.00 per year.
