Radiance is seeking a highly qualified and motivated scientist or engineer to support non-literal GEOINT production and advancement of analytical processes/techniques for passive spectral sensors. The individual will support advanced remote sensing exploitation functions through detailed technical data analysis and through the development and improvement of processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) of remotely sensed data, including the evaluation of data from new sensors. All team members are expected to be able to work independently and collaboratively with other scientists, engineers, and analysts on complex exploitation issues.
Job Duties

Job Duties
- Utilize advanced GEOINT tools to analyze and exploit remotely sensed data to produce and disseminate non-literal passive GEOINT products
- Provide technical leadership to teams performing exploitation and process development
- Analyze and develop processes to support the exploitation of unique, anomalous, and difficult datasets utilizing engineering principles and a physics-based analytical approach
- Perform algorithm development for complex data exploitation processes
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in STEM field (Physics, Engineering, Remote Sensing, Mathematics, Geology, or a related scientific field)
- Experience in processing and analyzing remote sensing data from passive sensors, especially thermal and/or spectral data
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Current CI Polygraph or willingness to sign a Consent for Polygraph
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong technical writing and briefing skills
- Experience with ENVI, ArcGIS, and/or similar software tools
- Ability to code/script, such as in Python, MATLAB, R, and/or IDL
- Willingness to sign Consent to Counterintelligence Polygraph
