Work Hours: Shift A: Fri 7-3, Sat 7-7, Sun 7-7, Mon 7-3 Shift B Shift would be Fri 11p-7a, Sat 7pm-7am, Sun 7p

Description:
Candidate will be leading a team of 11-21 production associates day-to-day.
Candidate will almost entirely be working on the bakery production floor - this is not a desk/office role.
Candidate experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics is a CRITICAL.
MDLZ is looking to convert high-performing candidates at the conclusion of this assignment.
Education / Certifications:
- High School Required
- Bachelor's degree complete or incomplete / Specialization on Business Administration or Manufacturing Management preferred.
- Microsoft Office Intermediate – Excel
- Manufacturing tracker Systems
- IL6S / TPM preferred.
- SAP preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
