Assistant/Lead Tech
South Shore Soft Wash (sister company of Radiant Softwash, LLC), is a local business in
Bridgewater, MA that provides safe and environmentally friendly exterior cleaning
treatments to residential and commercial properties. Veterans are encouraged to apply. We
clean roofs, patios, decks, house/building siding, and windows using our biodegradable
solutions. We are looking for team members who excel at taking ownership for every
service we provide to our customers.
Successful Soft Wash technicians in our company are client-focused, responsible,
motivated and have a good work ethic. This position requires good communication skills
with our customers and our team. This is a full-time position. Occasional weekends and
travel are required but limited. Prior residential or commercial exterior cleaning
experience is a plus, but not required.
Consistent, full-time, seasonal work April through December while enjoying time off in
the winter season.
Responsibilities:
Manages all company equipment, cleaning duties, and customer relationships.
As a team, you will strive to meet all daily and weekly production goals.
Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through positive interactions with
customers to help them achieve their goals.
Assist your team to complete all required duties daily and to achieve your
production goals weekly and monthly.
Prepares the soft wash truck with all solutions, equipment, and
paperwork/manuals to complete the daily scope of work. Make sure your
workspace maintains a “show ready” appearance.
Reviews work orders for accuracy and ensure you have all materials to complete
every job.
Has attention to detail and able to visually identify when a surface is clean or not.
Protects customer’s property and landscaping from physical or chemical
damages.
Follows all company procedures and protocols. Regulate use of PPE and Safety
Equipment at job site.
Aids in keeping company equipment operating by following operating
instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing
preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Documents service actions by completing forms, checklists, and records. Takes
before and after photos/videos to document results.
Always works and operates vehicle in a safe manner.
Communicates effectively.
Ensures customer satisfaction by conducting final walk around at conclusion of
work.
Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
Qualifications:
No experience is necessary to join our team as a Field Technician although
preferred. We provide Assistant and Lead Technician Training Programs.
Good physical aptitude (walking, climbing, bending, balancing, and lifting up to
100lbs)
Excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and self-management
skills.
Be able to work in variable working conditions based on the customer’s
environment.
Willing and able to climb up to 40 foot ladders.
Ability to utilize safety equipment.
Ability to read and understand written instructions and complete written reports.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
High School diploma or GED
Ability to pass criminal background check.
A positive attitude and a wiliness to learn.
