ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Help us succeed by doing your part as a member of our team as a Prime Room Coordinator.
A primary function of a Prime Room Coordinator consists of part and schedule coordination of Prime Room operations to enhance the productivity of the work center and support production scheduling needs. This includes regulating controls on equipment to cure and dry paint or other coatings; inputting information into Eurotherm oven controls and monitoring progress in accordance with customer specifications, recording completion of priming operations on planning documents; staging parts on racks and tables to facilitate primer application by primer personnel; assisting part mark personnel as needed as well as other duties as needed or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with primer/paint in a manufacturing experience preferred
- 1-3 years in planning/resource management or industrial oven operation preferred
- Prior experience in industrial oven operation processes preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be highly detail oriented and precise, as the position requires specs to be followed with very little room for error.
