- Know and follow general company and corporate policies and procedures.
- Know, understand, and follow department policies and procedures.
- Reads and interprets work orders or product specifications.
- Sets up and operates mechanical shear press.
- Use of plasma cutter to trim material.
- Knows how to read and use a tape measure.
- Experience driving a forklift. Will train to company policies.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to stand for 10 hours a day and be able to work in a hot and cold environment.
- Report to work on time, follow instructions from supervisor or management, interact well with co-workers, understand, and follow work rules and procedures.
- Other various duties as needed or as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Mechanical shear press

- Fork Truck

- Ability to read and write the English language.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Physical and Environmental Demands
- Manufacturing environment may be exposed to noise levels, dust, grime, and heat. Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Must be able to carry/lift to 50lbs.
Salary : $32,700 - $41,400
