Job Responsibilities of the FNP/PA:
- Provides excellent patient care that is focused on wellness, prevention of illness, and acute problem and chronic disease management.
- Identifies patient normal and abnormal findings through assessment of the physical, psychosocial, and developmental status of individuals and families
- Assists in the development and implementation of disease management
- Maintains patient care and practice in accordance with federal, state, and agency guidelines.
Minimum Job Requirements for the Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant:
- Two (2) years of FNP/PA experience
- Compensation range $120-$130k
- Comfortable seeing 16 to 20 patients per day
- Able to start within 30 days
