When you join us as a Revenue Cycle Operations Project Manager you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
- Creates and manages detailed project plans; creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources.
- Delegating tasks on the project to team members best positioned to complete them.
- Proactively communicate project progress and anticipated delays with recommendations to course correct project.
- Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved.
- Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved.
- Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
- Five (5) plus year of project management experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desired.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum).
Pay Range
USD $80,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.
