What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workflow Analyst position at RadNet?
Come join our clinical operations team as a Workflow Analyst. This full-time career opportunity will be located in Arizona (must reside or be willing to relocate to Arizona). Under the guidance of the Strategic Initiatives Project Manager and as a member of the Clinical Operations Team, the Workflow Analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Research, develop, test, and implement new workflows, policies, and processes that promote efficiency, cost savings and revenue opportunity for the business.
- Provide support by developing expertise in the following areas: existing workflows, management reports, policies, and system functionality.
- Participate in and/or lead various projects as identified by the Strategic Initiatives Project Manager; projects may have an impact on a single site or be companywide.
- Supervise day-to-day established clinical projects and team, as needed.
- Support and work closely with Clinical Operations Team, Regional and Site Operations Management, to include Northern CA and East Coast Operations as needed.
- Identify inefficiencies and/or improvement opportunities in existing workflows, policies, and processes.
- Provide solutions to problems by using knowledge of systems, existing workflows and company goals.
- Travel as needed within Arizona and to California for meetings, training, and/or projects.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proven track record of working independently
- Proven track record of effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines
- Proven track record of taking on challenging projects with little direction
- Requires excellent communication and presentation skills
- Requires excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Requires the ability to interact effectively with doctors, patients, vendors, peers, staff, and management is essential
- Adaptability, willingness to relocate, and/or travel as needed
