JOB SUMMARY
Remote
Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
A Demo Technician is responsible for demonstrating CBS ArcSafe products or equipment to customers, clients, or internal teams. CBS ArcSafe is the electrical industry leader in providing remote operations equipment to allow technicians to remotely operate outside the arc flash boundary. When it comes to the number of solutions that CBS ArcSafe can offer, no other competitor comes close. The demo technician showcases the features, capabilities, and benefits of the products through live demonstrations, presentations, or virtual platforms. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, communication skills, and product knowledge to effectively convey the value proposition and address customer inquiries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct live demonstrations of products or equipment to potential customers, clients, or internal stakeholders.
- Showcase product features, functionalities, and benefits to highlight their value proposition.
- Provide technical support and guidance during product demonstrations, addressing questions or concerns raised by participants.
- Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during demonstrations and provide solutions in real-time.
- Collaborate with CBS ArcSafe engineering staff to help alleviate issues and work to continuously improve the product offering over time. This on-going process allows the companies continued engagement and high-standing presence in the marketplace.
- Develop engaging and informative presentations to accompany product demonstrations, incorporating multimedia elements as needed.
- Clearly communicate technical information and product specifications to a diverse audience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or equipment being demonstrated, including their technical specifications, applications, and use cases.
- Stay updated on product updates, new features, and industry trends to effectively position the products in the market.
- Engage with customers or clients during demonstrations to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges.
- Tailor demonstrations to address specific customer requirements and showcase how the products can meet their needs.

- Strong organizational skills to coordinate and schedule demonstrations effectively.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a technical role, such as technical support, sales engineering, or product demonstration.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Certifications or training in relevant technologies, products, or industries may be beneficial but are not required.

BONUS/COMMISSION PLAN
Commission plan granted upon a successful 90-day probationary period
WORK SCHEDULE
Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm. You are required to be at your workstation from the start of your shift to the completion of your shift Monday - Friday.
Compensation: $50,000/year
