Description
RaganSmith is seeking a full-time entry level Civil Engineer Designer based in our Chattanooga office. This position will assist in the project design, production and permitting on a wide range of residential and commercial site development and infrastructure projects. The Civil Designer will collaborate in-house with other civil engineers, landscape architects, and land surveyors to assist our clients in developing public and private mixed-use projects.
Responsibilities
- Civil site project design and production in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Stormwater management design
- Permitting coordination with federal, state, and local jurisdiction
- Coordination and collaboration with design team
- Additional related duties as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Effective communication skills
- AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial/residential site design, public infrastructure design and production
- EI/EIT preferred

Salary : $52,000 - $70,000
