The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Cards Implementation Team Manager to join our growing Railsr Implementation team. You’ll work closely with a team of implementation specialists to implement card/wallet programmes for customers and partners to their online and mobile platforms and embed the finance experience for the end user. You will drive the team forward and act as the escalation point and support to our colleagues and customers, ensuring all aspects of the proposed design are successfully implemented by the customer.
The Cards Implementation Team Manager will own all aspects of the card implementation programmes and customer projects from Sales Handover through to Go Live.
You will ensure the team proactively navigate customers through the Implementation phase, manage the customer relationship as well as managing the engagement across other teams and depts.
You will liaise with scheme to ensure rules are adhered to and any new legislation is complied with.
You’ll competently manage senior stakeholders both internally and externally right up to CEO and board level including those not directly involved in the project.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the pipeline of Card Implementation projects.
- Manage the colleagues workload across projects to ensure the priorities are correct.
- Manage scheme relationships where appropriate.
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders as a cards expert to provide specialist knowledge
- Ensure Scheme rules are adhered to
- Remove blockers that impact the customer/colleague
- Work cross functionally to support the customers goals
- Lead on the customer onboarding, ensuring all compliance steps are undertaken.
- Communicate with all levels of customer and internal stakeholders
- Support customers with any escalation during the implementation process
- Work with external 3rd party partners where required.

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without requiring formal authority
- Ability to share knowledge and experience easily
- Salesforce experience (desirable)

- Regulatory knowledge (desirable)
