Customers may bring their own reusable bags while shopping at Rainbow Acres; however, you may NOT use them to place groceries into while shopping. We request that your reusable bags are kept in a cart while shopping in our store. Additionally, we encourage our customers to frequently clean and wipe down their reusable shopping bags to help us maintain a safe shopping environment.
Job brief:
We are looking for a PM (1:00 pm - 9:30 pm) team member to join our staff! . This is a mid-level management position that help to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Performs opening, closing or end of day processing procedures in accordance with store procedures.
- Assists with sales responsibilities and daily operations on a regular basis.
- Accommodates and documents needs of customers and communicates to staff and management.
- Resolves customer and/or employee complaints/problems in a professional and expeditious manner.
- Handles returns, exchanges and special orders
- Manages daily projects with Cashiers and Cash Managers
- Keeps track of Cashiers breaks and lunches
- Covers positions when short staffed
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Assists with developing and maintaining an effective organization through the selection (when applicable), training, motivation, and review (when applicable) of employees.
- Documents (through Incident Report) issues with Employees (for personal file).
