Description

HIRING BONUS - May 28 to June 20, eligible for up to $250. $125 after training, $75@90 days, $50 @ 6 months.

Care Partners/Universal Workers are unlicensed staff who provide direct patient care, pass medications and maintain electronic medical records, comply with patient safety practices, and work under the direction of the professional nurse and administrative staff. In addition, they serve patients' physical, mental, and emotional health in a compassionate manner.


Full and Part time first, second and third shifts (6:30a-3p, 2:30p-11p, 10:30p-7:00am) available immediately.


• Starting wage - $13.50/hour

• After 90 days - $14.00/hour

• After 1 year - $14.50/hour


Attendance and retention bonuses available. Occasional overtime.

Medical/dental benefits available after 90 days to FT employees. All employees accrue paid time off.


Essential duties include:

  1. Passing medication and completing online charting (training provided).
  2. Assist with Resident personal cares, with attention to individualized service plans. This includes assisting with Activities of Daily Living.
  3. Provide safety and regulatory compliance.
  4. Assist with Outings and Activities.
  5. Prepare meals and provide housekeeping Services.


Requirements

EDUCATION LEVEL: Entry level position. Must be 18 years or older. Nursing assistant experience helpful, but not required. Baristas, restaurant workers, and customer service staff make great teammates!!


EXPERIENCE: No prior experience is required but candidate must successfully complete background check, orientation, and training (provided by Rakhma). Group home experience desired.


To perform the job successfully, an individual must have:

  1. Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
  2. Ability to perform basic math functions.
  3. Good judgement, proactive work habits, and responsibility for action.
  4. Respect for others and the ability to work on a team.
  5. Reliable transportation and communication methods to ensure punctuality and regular attendance.
  6. Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands, climb stairs, balance, stoop, lift, and crouch.
