What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partner Associate position at Rakuten Rewards?
SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Partner Associate for Shop Style to support outstanding client service to merchant partners in their advertising objectives. The Partner Associate will help support company objectives in delivering sales growth for accounts based on quarterly targets driving CPA rates and media. The Partner Associate will report to the Partner Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate with retail partners, digital agencies, and affiliate network representatives on various initiatives and follow up
Once a product is sold, help to create IO, booking in the product, and arranging assets
Correspondence with the retailer once product is sold, any communication needed with legal.
Map out monthly promotion plans for retailers and execute sold partnerships by trafficking ads, scheduling placements, and liaising with internal marketing team
CPA Rates - opt into new rates, check on a weekly basis, reach out monthly to retailers when expiring
Maintain CB rates
Take meeting notes in partner meetings, continue to follow-up with PM and partners on outstanding issues
Answer CPA package or placement-specific questions – staying on top of all promotions –all details and assets
Check Zendesk Tickets
Tech tickets- staying on top of retailer issues/feed updates/work with Content team to resolve
Share media kit quarterly with suggestions for unmanaged/smaller managed partners
Shared Unmanaged Ownership (Flat Fee Sales, Partner Calls, Content Tickets, Rate Management)
Reporting- help the team by creating new reports, quarterly deep dives, daily reporting, PLA monthly reporting
Reconcile end of month billing
Weekly placement/calendar check
Ability to help support new Shop Style initiatives with partners
