About the Maintenance Engineer position
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer who will organize all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. Your duties will include scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing and managing all the technical activities to ensure hotel accuracy and quality.

Maintenance Engineer responsibilities are:

Setup and manage the assigned engineering projects within a hotel environment

Ensure compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
Room

Communicate with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and provide them with support, on a daily basis

Oversee overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and prepare regular reports on project status

Lead and mentor team, assigning responsibilities

Collaborate with hotel manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support

Manage engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Maintenance Engineer requirements are:
-
2 years' experience of working on a Project Engineer or other relevant positions in a commercial environment.

Profound knowledge of industry rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards

Experience of working with multiple discipline projects

Strong project management and supervision skills

Good practical experience with MS Office skills

Good decision-making ability and leadership skills

Good time management and organization skills
