The position is full-time (40 hours / week) Monday Friday 8am 5 : 30 pm. May be asked to float to local practices in the region for coverage.
Primary Responsibilities : Schedule and triage appointment requests for urgency according to approved protocols consistent with ProHealth’s Appointment and Scheduling Guidelines.

Required Qualifications : High School Diploma / GED (or higher) 1 years of customer service and / or receptionist experience Preferred Qualifications : Experience working with an electronic health record Knowledge of medical terminology Office Administrative / Receptionist / Clerical experience in a medical environment Customer Service experience in retail, hospitality, etc Knowledge of ICD 10 and CPT coding Connecticut Residents Only : The hourly range for Connecticut residents is $16.
00 to $28.27 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
