As a Marketing Assistant at Ramblin Express, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts and campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing team to assist in various tasks aimed at promoting our brand and driving customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about marketing, highly organized, and ready to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage public relations efforts to maintain a positive company image.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth. Explore new markets, customer segments, and distribution channels.
- Collaborate with strategic vendor partners and the community to establish strong relationships and ensure we are growing our revenue by increasing our passenger and gaming clientele (in both markets: Denver and Colorado Springs).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Help organize and coordinate events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including website management, SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising including adobe illustrator, and adobe photoshop.
- Maintain external media campaigns to enhance brand recognition by developing a public reputation.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the target audience and continuously work to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Marketing software: Familiarity with a wide range of marketing software tools and platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) software, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Data Analysis: Skills in data analysis and using software like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other data analysis tools to track and measure marketing campaign performance.
